I physically felt better by adjusting my sleep schedule.
I started to not skip meals in the morning which led to more energy and emotion through out my day.
I engaged myself more socially and went out of my way to meet new people.
I found myself to be more productive through out my day after adjusting some of my habits.
I decided that I wasn't as tough as I thought, so I went to hot yoga. I was never a fan of yoga but I got convinced by a friend and I decided this was something I thought I was ultimately going to fail at. Little did I know was that hot yoga is not as easy as it sounds. Overall, great out of my comfort zone experience.
