Choosing a Car
By Amelia Schneider
I need to buy a car in a year.
I need to set a budget and find a car that works.
I have a job at Target that pays $11/hour.
I don't want to spend all of my money on a car, so I should put my budget at around $18,000.
I work 35 hours per week and make $11/hour. Therefore, in a year I will make $20,020.

2015 Honda CR-V

Short Term Future Expenses
Medium Term Expenses
Brake pad replacement
Long Term Expenses
The winner is the Honda CR-V!
This car is a nice car and it gives me more room in my budget. I can use that money for gas and other future expenses.
And How I Overcame Them
I didn't know which cars I would like, but I did research on what the safest cars are for teenagers for their value.
Deciding which cars to look at.
I have never had a car before, so I didn't know what the future expenses would be. I found out through research.
