- Don't share, comment or react - even to defend yourself - as this can often make things worse.
- Most social networks allow you to block and report inappropriate behaviour.
- Include any screenshots as evidence.
- Don't suffer in silence, talk to someone you trust like a friend, parent or teacher.
- You can also contact Childline, The Mix, or The Samaritans.
