Within the project "The adaptation of industrial relations towards new forms of work", financed by the European Commission, the Center for Research and Policy Making conducted field survey on representative sample of the workforce in Macedonia. 

The sample was prepared on the basis of data from the State Statistical Office published in the edition of the ‘Regions in the Republic of Macedonia, 2017’, which shows the eight non-administrative regions in the country, using the employment rate at the regional level calculated in the sample.The sample was stratified based on the following socio-demographic parameters: gender, age, place of residence.The questionnaire that was created in cooperation with the five partner organizations was translated and adapted from English to the specifics of the Macedonian and Albanian language.The sample was on 1089 subjects.
