Using lean to address institutional risk 

Higher education institutions are vulnerable to a number of risks including operational, financial, reputational and legal. Using lean we can improve the processes to prevent risks and plan the future. This session will demonstrate how diverse and valuable lean methodologies can be by putting forth an example of an institutional risk and working as a group to develop solutions to address the problem.
