From this research it helped me to decide what colour scheme I would go for as by asking the audience what they would prefer, would help me in the future of when constructing my magazine I would know what colours to use to attract my specific audience. Due to their answers it gives me a vague idea of the style and layout that I will use as if they have given answers that mean the colours are vibrant and modern, this will give me the idea that they want the whole magazine to be the same style and give the same vibe. Whereas if they had said they would prefer the colour black, grey etc. This would then make me change the genre of my music magazine and change it to a more rock genre which has a more mysterious outlook rather than a pop magazine. When asking the public, I specifically asked a particular age range of people. This is because I wanted to ask people in the same age range as my targeted audience as their feedback and choices on every aspect in my magazine is aimed at them, so it has to be what they want to see when reading a magazine so it attracts them and makes them want to read it.
In this task it helped decide what models I wanted to use in my magazine as if my audience wanted
to read a magazine that had models that they would be aware of then I will have to do that. I want to make
sure that everything I do when constructing my magazine has evidence to why I did this. My research shows that
from each group I asked, the majority of each group the answer was yes. Only a small amount was no that they
didn't care who the artists were, which to me is not efficient. This is because if the audience are reading my
magazine, the top storylines is going to be what the magazine is based around. In a music magazine this is
usually artists, this means that the interview will be with the main artists, and if the audience doesn't know this
artist then there isn't any point them essentially reading the magazine. Which is why I asked the question to my
audience, as the models/ artists are an important aspect of the magazine, as everything is based around them.
