If you can't resist bacon for breakfast add some foods with Vitamin C to help scavenge those pesky nitrites contained in cured meats.

Flavonoids
To get the most antioxidants from tea use loose leaf tea and brew it. If you want to add milk go ahead studies have shown it doesn't change the flavonoid content.
Vitamin B12
Fruit smoothies with yoghurt or a bowl of fruit, seeds and yoghurt. Full fat yoghurt is best unless you're watching your weight. Try sunflower, pumpkin, sesame or chia.
If you love Vegemite slather some on that wholemeal toast for a dose of grains and B vitamins or for a cheesy flavour try some nutritional yeast flakes on your tomatoes.
