Article 9 (Treatment and Protection)

Article 10 (Protection of Persons with Severe Disabilities)
Law stating that the government will provide proper protection fo people with disabilities that have severe disabilities.
Article 3 (Human Dignity)
Law stating that the people with disability will be given the same Human Dignity and treatment and will not be discriminated against due to one's disability. People with disability will also be given equal rights in political, economic and social aspects in society.

The government will support educational institutions to allow people with disabilities to have an education according to their age and ability.
Article 13 (Vocational Guidance)
Law stating that the government will provide proper training for people with disabilities so that they may be able to find appropriate jobs.
Since 2012, there is free access to to early childhood education programs for all children through age five which is provided by the government in South Korea. The Ministry of Health and Welfare started the “Dream Start” program which provides many services for disadvantaged children and for children with disabilities from birth to age twelve.
