Keystone AEA is governed by a nine-member board of directors, elected by local school boards. The members each represent between one and five school districts within a director district. The Board is the policy-making body with powers and duties delegated by state laws and guidelines. Board meetings are the third Monday of the month but are subject to change.
Howard Winneshiek is part of Director District 1 and is represented by Janet Kreitzer, Cresco.
