Their team of nine ophthalmologists and optometrists offer blade-free LASIK vision correction as well as diagnosis and treatment for dry eye, glaucoma, diabetic eye care, corneal diseases/conditions, cataracts, eyelid surgery and more.
Skyline Vision Clinic was in need of more online reviews. With Google's algorithm, any business that did not have at least one 4-star rating would not appear on "Best Of" results. Fast Track Marketing got the ball rolling on review management and generation.
Our organization has been very pleased with this amazing reputation boost! We used to get occasional reviews, usually 1 or 2 every few months. We knew that getting too many reviews in a short period of time could get Skyline flagged by Google. So, we developed a unique and evenly-spaced drip email campaign to keep the flow of reviews coming in consistently and evenly. From Oct - Feb, we were able to get a whopping 94 reviews posted online for Skyline!
After our email campaign, Skyline had jumped their reviews from a 2.8 monthly average online rating (at just 2 reviews a month), to a 4.2 star rating today (with an average of 17 reviews a month).
SEO rankings not only made Skyline appear on the "Best Of" list in just under three months, but in just four months they were then ranking Page 1 on local Google searches. This helped drive an average of 100+ new qualified visitors per month from the direct review microsite alone.
Skyline saw great open conversion rates on our cumulative drip email campaign that, over a 9-month period, included personal requests to clients asking them to leave reviews. (As well as an 18% conversion rate on SMS messaging). Fast Track writes copy that engages readers and converts.
