The Homewares Department
To provide administrative support to the buying team covering all departmental issues.
Raise orders onto the system.
Liaise with vendors to ensure
deliveries are on time and stock
With the MAA support we go through open orders and track our progress with the range plan
Managing the intake of samples and organising the cupboards. To request new samples from suppliers and chase developments
Creating picture packs
Create picture packs of the ranges and to continuously amend and update them
Inputting SKU information of new items into our MTS software on a daily basis
Ensuring that we are maintaining the highest product quality and to understand some knowledge about
Generate reports on a daily basis and this will be emailed to the team everyday
Order units split into stores & online:
Lead times & Margin Requirement:
Urban plan product ranges seasons in advance
Ordering products with longer lead times earlier is crucial
