Just a reminder, we are doing our best to juggle staffing between 3 departments! For those of you that have been super flexible, THANK YOU! We have a scheduling committee planned for the first week of June to help standardize. This will give us enough time to find what does work and what doesn't work!
We are not offering surg pay on 11S unless our census goes above 15.
We are continually building staffing! Looking for Nurses to help us expand into the three departments. We also recently got approval to follow a 24/7 UA model of care on 11S. The UA will be involved in patient care there once we have additional staff in place. We are also hiring an additional 2 PCAS per shift to help account for the increased level of acuity and sit coverage we have seen!
Progressive Mobility Pilot
Coming to the AMAZING 12th floor soon! We are blessed to be a part of how to get our patients moving more by adding our 2 cents into the project!
